Project Nexus was called upon to create a brand new management system for them, one which could handle event management, job postings and hiring of stagehands, automated salary payments, as well as generate bookkeeping and finance reports. After a period of extensive testing and optimizations, the Live Nation Portal was officially launched in October 2018 and has since been a major success factor for the company, enabling them to cut costs in the vicinity of 50.000 DKK each month.
Webshop, Design Lab & Admin console

Backstage Ninja ApS

Backstage Ninja is a web-shop that offers equipment and clothing for Stagehands, climbers, riggers and events engineers. The shop is equipped with a design page where customers can customize and purchase t-shirts and hoodies with their own designs. Project Nexus developed the front-end part of the web-shop as well as the entire back-end admin console, which is used for managing all the activities related to the shop. The web-shop also has an API connection to Shipmondo, providing label printing facilities for the admin, as well as providing the customers with a wide range of delivery options for their orders with accurate delivery costs.

Back in the summer of 2017, RockCrew was in desperate need for a platform that can handle its ever-increasing staffing business. There were no systems available on the software market that could handle its unique business process so everything was being done through Social Network platforms, phone calls, and SMS. With the development and implementation of the RockCrew Portal, the company has now gone from 30 active workers to 1000 and is capable of handling over 100 active jobs simultaneously.

Anka's Style ApS
​
This project featured a new website for the salon with added capabilities such as calendar bookings and an interactive look-book. With the implementation of this innovative solution for Anka’s Style, the business was able to grow rapidly by allowing the owner to structure and schedule appointments more efficiently and significantly improve communication with clients. Currently, Project Nexus is developing a web-shop for hair and cosmetic products, as an added feature for the website.
